FREEHOLD, N.J. – Tom Arnone will continue his role as the director of the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders in 2020. Sue Kiley will be elected Deputy Director when the Board reorganizes on Tuesday, January 7, 4 p.m., at Bio Technology High School in Freehold Township.
