Tone deaf? N.J. school district okays cap-busting $128M budget

MORRIS TWP., N.J. – The Morris School District approved a $128.2 million 2020-21 budget on Monday according to a report from MorristownGreen.com. That’s a 2.6% increase at a time when the COVID-19 statewide lockdown is expected to severely depress tax collections and impact state aid distributions.
