Assemblywoman Nancy Munoz (R-21) – a former nurse – posted a video on Thursday demonstrating how to sew an effective COVID-19 mask at home. Munoz says her homemade masks won’t keep airborne particles out, but they will help prevent infection from inadvertent face-touching.
