Murphy okays car-only church services, curbside retail and construction

TRENTON, N.J. – Governor Phil Murphy signaled on Wednesday that he would slightly loosen a handful of restrictions, the most significant of which is “drive-up” church services.

Participants will need to remain in their cars and keep their windows and sunroofs closed.
