If you still don’t know my the legacy media outlets are dying?
Remember: it’s all self-inflicted.
Hundreds have been killed, thousands have been wounded, and an undetermined number of innocents (including American nationals) have been kidnapped as a result of the Iran-backed Hamas wave of terror unleashed on Israel over the weekend.
This is not a “two-sided” conflict. Hamas and its enablers (both in Gaza and in terror states around the Middle East) are solely responsible for the most destablizing moment in the reliably combustible region in decades.
Just don’t tell NJ.com! New Jersey’s biggest and increasingly far-Left media outlet was justifiably roasted on X on Sunday evening after posting a decidely tone-deaf headline: “N.J. Palestinians watch, wait in fear as Gaza dissolves into conflict.”

Let’s not lose sight of where this is coming from, Save Jerseyans.
Social justice warriors who dominate digital newsrooms across the country never believe criminals and/or terrorists can be simplistically labeled “bad people” responsible for their bad actions. When a domestic criminal commits a carjacking? Loots a Target? Sells drugs on a street corner near your kids’ school? They’re victims, too, to the SJW/critical race theory mind. Victims of society, the criminal justice system, and “structural inequities.”
The Media’s coverage of Hamas’s attack on Israel is processed through the same warped lens. Sure, killing and kidnapping civilians is awfully naughty, but the catalyst of all of this is the “occuptation” of “Palestine,” right?
Wrong. Of course. For starters, Palestine was never a country. Jews have been in the Palestinian region for thousands of years dating to from before there was a “Palestinian” (a Roman invention) region, and let’s not forget that the modern state of Israel was created precisely because some of the same countries constantly victim-shaming Israel for defending itself tried to wipe out the Jews in the 1930s and 1940s. But the “occupation” myth is what Leftists believe because it comports with their larger morality, and Leftists run NJ.com and most major media organizations in 2023.
Thankfully there are a few places – like X and talk radio – where we can call them out on their bullshit and talk about news in a free, open, factual way unfiltered by woke narratives like right here at Save Jersey.
NJ.com’s shrinking relevance doesn’t make its garbage headlines any less obnoxious.
