The face mask mandates didn’t work. It’s one of the few things that the NY Post and the NY Times can agree on which is really saying something.
Science be damned, the National Park Service is now mandating mask usage inside all of Sandy Hook’s federal buildings.
The basis for the mandate is apparently a “spike” in Covid-19 related hospitalizations cited by the CDC, but a recent review of 78 different trials discovered that “wearing a mask may make little to no difference in how many people caught a flu-like illness/COVID-like illness (nine studies; 276,917 people); and probably makes little or no difference in how many people have flu/COVID confirmed by a laboratory test (six studies; 13,919 people).”
So what’s the point?
You know the answer. You just don’t like it, nor should you.
