Yet another New Jersey school district has formally rejected the Murphy Administration’s guidance which, when adopted, bars teachers from sharing a student’s gender “preferences” with a parent or guardian.
The Morris County Roxbury Public Schools district’s board of education voted 5-4 to reject the guidance on Monday evening.

The Murphy Administration had originally misrepresented the guidance as a mandate until, in oral argument, a deputy attorney general admitted that the espoused rules were not binding on school districts.
