The masks came off but cases never spiked in N.J. schools

Well, well, well, Save Jerseyans!

New Jersey’s K-12 school mask mandate ended on March 7th, and there hasn’t been any corresponding uptick in Covid-19 cases among the school population. None. At all. Not even a data blip or a fleeting statistical noise.

Don’t take my word for it…

On Sunday, according to the New Jersey Department of Health website, every single New Jersey county fell into the low community transmission category. There was only one “new” outbreak reported statewide as of the end of last week.

Trenton defines an “outbreak” as “[t]hree or more laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases among students or staff with onsets within a 14 day period, who are epidemiologically linked within the school setting, do not share a household, and were not identified as close contacts of each other in another setting during standard case investigation or contact tracing.”

Like we’ve been telling you for two years, folks:

Most of this was political science, not the ordinary kind.
