Camden kids sent to the hospital after sanitizer found in milk cartons

Dozens of Camden, New Jersey children were reportedly taken to the hospital on Wednesday after they were served milk cartons containing sanitizer.

The district claims the substance is “non-toxic.”

“Unfortunately, many cartons were filled with the sanitizer, sealed, and then shipped out with the milk,” the district explained. “We pulled all milk today and NO milk will be served until the investigation is completed. Emergency teams were dispatched to the school.”

There’s no indication how many kids if any fell ill though the district said no children were ill as of lunchtime Wednesday.
