Here we go again, Save Jerseyans.
A News12 reporter confirmed on Friday that a dead whale was removed from New Jersey’s Island Beach State Park, the latest in a long string of marine mammal deaths dating back to last December.
The reporter initially complained of being given the run-around by the NJDEP.
“I have confirmed a dead whale was removed from Island Beach State Park this morning. When I reached out to the @NewJerseyDEP I was told to contact Marine Mammal Stranding Center – they did not provide any additional information and did not answer my question @News12NJ” tweeted Jim Murdoch.
Whether they had sent a crew to the park. I was only told to "follow their social media for more updates."

I am judging this morning's conversation with the MMSC with ones I've had in the past and in the past they've been very upfront with a stranding and location. I want to make that clear as well. This wasn't the case.
