During a huge volunteer GOTV effort for the Runyan campaign in Ocean County this past weekend, the Adler campaign office near by sat not only empty, but actually closed!
A congressional campaign office, for a sitting congressman in a toss up race, sitting CLOSED only 18 days before the election? No wonder the Adler campaign is now resorting to paying for door-to-door “volunteers.”
Save Jersey received this tip from a quick thinking Ocean County Republican who thought to snap a photo of the closed office with her phone, and then call a Burlington County office to try and find out why no one was around, you know, campaigning. It seems that the Burlington campaign staff had no idea, offering to call over there and “see if anyone answers.” (They won’t). Something tells me that someone in Ocean County is going to be in trouble with Mr. Adler.
