Professor Rosenthal (D-Rutgers) chose the Democrat’s map as the new redistricting map. Time for the Republicans to gear up for a tight race for the Statehouse that now has a slightly uphill tilt for Republican control. Proper GOTV, fundraising and good candidate recruitment will be the major keys to victory this year.
