2012 RNC delegates will formally make Mitt Romney their nominee this week, Save Jerseyans.

You’d never know it from watching today’s morning shows.

That’s because tonight’s convention program features Chris Christie’s long-awaited keynote address (queue trumpets!). So beginning at 7:05 AM EDT today (Tuesday 8/28), you can watch the Governor’s pre-taped interviews on ABC’s Good Morning America and CBS’ This Morning in addition to his live spot on NBC’s Today Show. At 7:30 AM EDT, Governor Christie’s taped interview on MSNBC’s Morning Joe program airs before he heads over to meet with the Michigan Delegation at the Embassy Suites Tampa around 8:30 AM EDT.

All of this before the actual, approximately 20-minute keynote scheduled for 10:00 PM EDT tonight. Following a walkthrough earlier in the afternoon that’s open to the press. And God knows how many donor greets, dignitary chats and important calls in between.

Whew. I need a nap just from typing all of that…
