Here’s the latest Hurricane Sandy aftermath news from Governor Christie today in Seaside Park:

Meanwhile, the Christie Administration is putting a plan in place to lift the evacuation order for Long Beach Island and allow what is being described as “controlled access” to the barrier island for a narrow set of reasons (including assessing damage and retrieving personal belongings). “Safe” home will be repopulated and supervised by the National Guard/local authorities.
Holgate is the exception, however, “where infrastructure and road damage makes return still too dangerous.”
The official release further specified that, “[u]nder the resident access plan developed in coordination with the Ocean County Office of Emergency Management (OEM), local officials will determine which parts of their towns will be accessible and which days that access will be provided. For guidance, safety advice and protocol for procedures that begin tomorrow, residents should consult the Long Beach Island Joint Emergency Operations Center for Hurricane Sandy website: http://www.lbieoc.org/.”
What’s up to all, as I am truly keen of reading this weblog’s post to be updated on a regular basis.
It carries pleasant stuff.
Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this website.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and
visual appeal. I must say you’ve done a awesome job with this.
Also, the blog loads super quick for me on Internet
explorer. Excellent Blog!
