Barbara Buono is trolling for votes at the Jersey Shore today, Save Jerseyans, but after the House of Representatives voted to defund the Unaffordable Care Act (a.k.a. ObamaCare), she couldn’t resist the temptation to add her two cents to the conversation.
For those of you who are too cultured to know, a “teabag” in popular (counter)culture refers not to the popular hot beverage but, as UrbanDictionary.com explains, the coarse act of dunking “ones scrotum into the open mouth of another person.” Angry liberals have since derogatorily applied the term to members of the Tea Party and conservatives generally who oppose ObamaCare.
Twitchy caught the tweet and snapped the screenshot above before Buono’s campaign subsequently removed it from her Twitter feed. No apology has been forthcoming from the campaign. What a lady, huh?
