After stumping in Morris County for Jeff Bell on Monday and plenty of RGA candidates in the ensuing two days, Gov. Christie will head to the Mastoris Diner in Bordentown on Thursday to boost Tom MacArthur (R, NJ-03) down the home stretch.
The 1:00 p.m. meet-and-greet photo opportunity is part of the MacArthur campaign’s ambitious “Get Out The Vote for TMAC Tour” which is taking the congressional hopeful to every municipality in New Jersey’s Third Congressional District over the final two weeks before Election Day.
In truth, the Governor’s South Jersey visit may have more to do with Burlington County’s down-ballot contests than the House; MacArthur is building a double-digit lead in the district as GOP independent expenditure groups pile on and their Democrat counterparts check out.
now that is rare.
Gee, I can’t wait to hear what Freddie has to say about this.
