It’s game on, Save Jerseyans.

Hours after wrapping up a highly-visible appearance at the Iowa Freedom Summit, Governor Chris Christie’s long-anticipated leadership political action committee has launched online.

“America has been a nation that has always controlled events and yet today events control us,” the website, leadershipforamericamatters.org, explains to its visitors. “Why? Because leadership matters. It matters if we want to restore America’s role in the world, find the political will to take on the entrenched special interests that continually stand in the way of fundamental change, reform entitlement spending at every level government, and ensure that every child, no matter their zip code, has access to a quality education.”

Events to raise money for the PAC are reportedly already planned for 10 states in the coming weeks.
