Potentially bad news ahead of Hudson Bob’s weekend, Save Jerseyans.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit is ordering a hearing to determine whether aides serving Senator Menendez (D-Ecuador, Dominican Republic) will be compelled to offer grand jury testimony on the Senator’s alleged business advocacy for friend and donor Salomon Melgen, a Floridian eye doctor undergoing federal scrutiny.
Menendez has almost constantly been in the news for one scandal or another throughout the duration of his federal career, most recently as part of the ongoing Joe Ferriero legal saga.
