burlington gopIt’s a huge win for what is arguably the state’s most dominant Republican organizations, Save Jerseyans, and a major loss for one of Midterm Election 2014’s more visible Democrat candidates.

Save Jersey can now porject that Burlington GOP challengers Katie Gibbs and Ryan Peters have defeated incumbents Aimee Belgard and her incumbent running mate, Joanne Schwartz, taking the Republican Party’s freeholder board advantage to 5-0 in this key South Jersey bellwether.

Belgard lost last year, too, in a race for CD3 with Tom MacArthur.
