Now that gas tax legislation has passed the N.J. legislature, taxpayers and motorists are going to pay for a number of new projects including at least two proposed light rail projects; one in North Jersey and the other down in South Jersey running from Camden City to Rowan University.
Forget the price tag for a moment…
