Assembly GOP Leader Jon Bramnick’s premise was simple:
If Democrats want to make income tax disclosure a prerequisite for presidential campaign N.J. ballot access, then why not make legislative and gubernatorial candidates reveal their tax returns, too?
Of course not! Because the point is taking political cheap shots at President Trump, not “transparency.”
Bramnick’s motion was tabled by the Democrats, 46-26:
