Newly-seated Corrado debates Dem slate in LD40

Corrado

Fresh off of her long-awaited oath of office on October 5th, Republican state Senator Kristin Corrado joined running mates Kevin Rooney and Christopher DePhillips on Tuesday night to debate the LD40 Democrat ticket consisting of Thomas Duch, Paul Vagianos, and Christine Ordway.

Corrado relied heavily on her experience as Passaic’s lone GOP row officer in her opening remarks:

Earlier Tuesday, the Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) named Corrado to its “17 in ’17:
Races to Watch” list designed by the national GOP organization to “identify, recruit, and support new diverse and female candidates at the state level.”
