When the Lawrence Township, N.J. school board attorney told parents they could hit the road if they didn’t like the curriculum, Save Jersey covered it and then both the NY Post and Fox News picked it up.
Here’s something you don’t see every day:
Three candidates for the Lawrence Township school board highlighted the October 19th meeting in their new television ad which is airing on cable (including Fox News, History Channel, and Food Network) according to a source close to the campaign. It’s a bit unusual for a BOE campaign to spring for a televised buy; an unintended beneficiary could be NJ-03 GOP nominee Bob Healey since Lawrence is inside his district.
The trio (which includes a husband/wife team) also takes a direct shot at the highly-sexualized and radical curriculum standards adopted at the state level under Murphy.
