Two additional school districts have decided to buck the Murphy Administration’s “guidance” on notifying parents when their children want to present as a different gender at school.
NJ 101.5 reported Thursday that both Howell and Colts Neck – both located in Monmouth County, where the Murphy Administration is suing three other districts – have taken steps to reject the administration’s guidance.

It’s expected that the list of rebelling school districts will grow after a deputy attorney general admitted during litigation with Hanover Township that the prohibition on parental notification is “guidance” as opposed to “mandatory.”
