Save Jersey’s ‘OPERATION: Save the State House‘ tour continued yesterday in New Jersey’s Sixth Legislative District.
We knocked a ton of doors, logged a bunch of calls, and even found a little time to chat with two busy candidates.
First, your Blogger-in-Chief caught up with Assembly Candidate Al Richardson (R-Collingswood) at the LD6 “Super Saturday” organizing HQ. Then I went for a door-to-door walk with Al’s running mate, Greg Horton (R-Haddonfield), to gauge exactly how receptive South Jersey suburban voters were to the Republican message in 2011. All signs were positive.
For my part, I got some much needed exercise following Greg around. It’s awfully hard for candidates to get fat on a two month, door knocking/rubber chicken dinner health routine!
