Developer Anthony Rottino (R-Franklin Lakes) leads incumbent Bergen GOP Chairman Bob Yudin in our latest interactive web poll. The challenger’s margin is hefty – 80% for Rottino – while another 10% are either undecided or don’t care.
Our poll doesn’t account for the possibility of an additional “late” entry; I’ve heard multiple names floated in recent weeks as uncertainty sweeps through the BCRO panicked ranks. One rumor that’s making the rounds suggests attorney John McCann may enter the race as a third party alternative of sorts. He is aligned with Bergen Sheriff Mike Saudino, an opponent of controversial Bergen County Executive Kathe Donovan.
