Take #2: Mazzeo bombs second debate, asks moderator for a time-out

Updated: Incumbent Assemblyman Vince Mazzeo (D-2) mumbled and fumbled through last weekend’s NJTV debate, Save Jerseyans. Badly. And that’s not just me being a partisan. It was painful to watch.

Whatever corrective preparatory action his puppet masters took in the interim didn’t take.

When confronted on Tuesday evening by rival Assemblyman Chris Brown (R-2) over “whiteout-gate,” Mazzeo responded with a downward gaze, shuffling, and a series of “uhhhs,” followed up by….

Excuse me one second…”
