Here’s one to watch, Save Jerseyans:
Governor Chris Christie will deliver the keynote address at this upcoming Saturday’s NAACP New Jersey State Convention Membership Luncheon at the Hilton Parsippany.
It’s hard to view a prominent Republican’s speech offered at an event hosted by our country”s preeminent ideologically-liberal minority organization outside of the context of 2016. Mitt Romney addressed the national NAACP in 2012; that candidate’s speech was widely debated in the press for a full week. Christie can be expected to discuss his educational and drug/criminal justice reform initiatives (among other topics).
