The end is night, Save Jerseyans! Repent! Repent!!!
Isn’t that kind of how you feel reading this stuff? I can only speak for myself.
In any event, I’m referring to a report today in The New York Times citing “people close to the case” who say recent interviews with Fort Lee council members signal a likely endgame-in-motion for the federal Bridgegate investigation which could yield indictments.
There does appear to be a consensus. The Wall Street Journal surmised that an end to the probe was only “weeks” away back in mid-March.
What times we live in…
With Hudson Bob Menendez already under indictment, a hypothetical string of indictments in Christie World could upturn New Jersey politics in 2015 and beyond. I’d welcome the feds turning their attention to Watershedgate next… just sayin’…
